Art spent his first career working as a Special Agent for the FBI in the San Diego Division where he spent several years leading an undercover surveillance squad, arresting major drug traffickers, foreign spies, and international terrorists. He was also a part of the evidence response team at ground zero after 9/11.

Following his FBI career, Art has owned several companies where he learned the importance of protecting both his corporate and personal assets from a litigious society and a broken legal system.

For the last decade, Art has shared his expertise in the world of Asset Protection, Tax Strategy, and Wealth Creation with thousands of dental and medical professionals around the country.

Art has been married to Barbara for 34 years and they have 4 wonderful kids, and three grandchildren.
